ZEST Hotel & Resort Ibiza in Ibiza, Spain, seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the pre-opening luxury F&B operation and guest experiences for a five-star resort. You will shape menus, service standards and revenue strategies across restaurants, bars, pools and events.Reporting to the resort leadership, you will build and drive an outstanding F&B team, partner with the Executive Chef, Sales, Marketing and Events, and ensure seamless pre-opening readiness for the Ibiza launch.
