The Opportunity
Lead and optimize supply chain operations and outsourcing activities for the Make‑Up, Skincare, and Home categories. Ensure product availability and quality compliance across all supply flows. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to support the company’s strategic objectives.
What you'll get to do
Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Management
Ensure continuity of supply and anticipate risks of shortages
Implement corrective actions to maintain service level
Manage team of 5 people based in Barcelona and Paris
External Partner Coordination
Manage flows between suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics hubs
Set up and negotiate contract with outsourcing capacitive subcontractors
Guarantee compliance of deliveries (quantity, quality, timelines)
Process Optimization
Implement KPIs (OTIF, service rate)
Drive digitalization and automation initiatives
Quality Compliance
Collaborate with Quality Teams
