Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Stewarding Manager position to join our Culinary Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily Stewarding operations, ensuring high standards, teamwork, and compliance with SOPs
Manage inventory, equipment tracking, and stock levels to support business needs
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all kitchen and service areas
Collaborate with culinary and service teams to support efficient and safe operations
Train, motivate, and develop team members while driving process improvements and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Supervisor in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
Professional, approachable, and well-presented, with a strong understanding of luxury service standards
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team
Good organizational and operational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of hotel systems is a plus)
