Join us and be part of something extraordinaryManager EHS Friction MaterialsCountry/Region: ESLocation:Corella, Navarra, ES, 31591Req ID 71582 | Corella, Spain, ZF AFTERMARKET IBÉRICA, S.L.U.We are strengthening our team in EHS at our location in Corella.As leader of the EHS team for 5 sites, you will be coordinating all activities and supporting local EHS responsibles, to complete their activities and objectives, in coordination with relevant depts and Divisional & Operational EHS heads.What you can look forward to as Manager EHS Friction Materials:Educate site leadership on existing and pending Local, Regional and National legislation applicable to the siteDay to day EHS support to plant (e.G., equipment release, hazardous material management, workplace condition monitoring, organizing EHS Kaizens with employees, etc.)Reporting of EHS performance, issues, and development of corrective actionsProvision of EHS training ranging from orientation for new employees and required regulatory topics, to periodic refresher training for leaders, BBS coaches, etcSupport as to ZF EHS key programs/activitiesReporting in appropriate corporate and governmental EHS systemsMaintaining register of compliance obligations up to date, definition of actions to address new requirements on an as needed basisFacilitation of EHS process optimization and cost deduction activities, support to lean workshops, etc.Development and maintenance of EHS procedures, work instructions, guidance materials, etc.Your profile as Manager EHS Friction Materials:A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering or a related field.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsObservation skills and attention to detailInterpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and managementTime management skills to prioritize tasks and manage projects efficientlyA calm demeanor to handle stressful situations and emergenciesIndustry knowledge of local, state, and federal regulationsThe compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
