Multiscan Technologies (Duravant Group) , a leading industrial company in a high-growth international expansion phase, is seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Services (Aftermarket) to lead our Global Technical Service Department. This strategic role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing incident management, maintenance, and commissioning, ensuring a world-class service aligned with the company’s global growth objectives. + Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the Aftersales strategy, acting as a key member of the management team in decision-making processes. Business Growth: Partner with customer service teams to drive revenue through spare parts sales, preventive maintenance contracts, training, and machine upgrades. Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, team utilization, and performance to align with revenue forecasts while actively reducing warranty costs. Global Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of international field technicians, designing individual development and training plans. Operational Excellence: Apply Lean Management principles to improve global efficiency and streamline customer service processes through KPI tracking and root cause analysis. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between Service and Engineering for project documentation and manage the international distributor network (training, inventory, and support). + Requirements: Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar is highly valued. Experience: At least 5 years in direct people management and 10 years of field experience, preferably within the food processing machinery sector. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of equipment manufacturing processes, including mechanical and electrical design, repair, and maintenance. Financial Literacy: Proven ability to manage a service department as a profit center (P&L focus, cost control, and efficiency metrics). Languages: Fluent Spanish and Advanced English (Minimum B2/C1) . Ability to lead meetings and report in both languages is mandatory. Tools: Advanced MS Office skills.
