Descúbralo a continuación.We are looking for an experiencedService Manager – Order to Cashto support global operations and ensure service stability across SAP and non-SAP environments.Manage daily escalations of production issues on a global scale• Represent OTC interests in projects, ensuring visibility and proper resource allocation• Stakeholder management for critical projects, incidents, and operational topics• Oversee day-to-day operations of 4 internal global resources and 3–4 external resources• Lead regular calls with Global Process Owners and Global Process Leads for approvals and alignment• Collaborate with Service Managers across other services (ITF, RTR, etc.) Manage priority small-scale projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery when requiredFluency xcskxlj in English (mandatory)• Proven Project Management experience• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels• Strong SAP SD experience (ECC required, S/4HANA is a plus)• SAP ITF experience is a plus• 15+ years of total SAP experience
