ppR Market Revenues Manager (Open) /p h3Job Description Summary /h3 pVector Renewables is seeking a Market Revenues Manager to design, build, and lead a new internal team focused on market and economic analysis within the Technical Advisory area. /p pThis role will establish a new capability from the ground up, integrating market intelligence, financial modelling, and revenue strategy into Vector Renewables’ existing technical advisory services. The successful candidate will act as both a strategic leader and hands‑on expert, responsible for creating the team, defining its structure and competencies, and ensuring its collaboration with other departments. This function will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical due diligence and commercial strategy, with a focus on PPA negotiation support, MA financial advisory, and revenue optimisation (“revenue stacking”) for storage and hybrid renewable projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic development leadership /h3 ul liDesign, launch, and grow the new Market Revenue Advisory team within the Technical Advisory department. /li liDefine the vision, scope, and service portfolio of this new internal capability. /li liRecruit, mentor, and develop team members with complementary expertise (market analysis, financial modelling, and PPA structuring). /li liDevelop analytical frameworks, methodologies, and tools to assess project economics and market exposure. /li liCoordinate closely with other technical, financial, and market analysis teams to ensure integration and knowledge sharing. /li /ul h3Market and revenue modelling /h3 ul liBuild and maintain economic and revenue models for renewable generation and energy storage assets (stand‑alone and co‑located). /li liEvaluate potential market revenues from energy sales, capacity markets, ancillary services, and other revenue streams. /li liAnalyse energy price risks, market dynamics, and regulatory developments in key European and global power markets. /li /ul h3Transactional and commercial support /h3 ul liProvide expert input in Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) structuring, pricing, and negotiation. /li liSupport technical and financial due diligences in MA, project finance, and refinancing processes. /li liContribute to asset valuation exercises and financial modelling, integrating technical performance and market assumptions. /li /ul h3Client interaction and business development /h3 ul liAct as a senior advisor to investors, lenders, developers, and utilities. /li liCollaborate in the preparation of proposals and the creation of new market‑driven advisory services. /li liRepresent Vector Renewables in industry forums, reinforcing the company’s position as a leading integrated advisory partner in the energy transition. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. /li liPostgraduate studies (Master’s) in Energy, Finance, or Applied Economics are highly valued. /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul li8–10+ years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in consulting, utilities, energy trading, or investment environments. /li liProven experience in: /li ul liFinancial and revenue modelling for renewable and storage projects. /li liPPA structuring and pricing (merchant, corporate, or utility). /li liMarket revenue forecasting and risk assessment. /li liAnalysis of ancillary services, flexibility markets, and capacity mechanisms. /li /ul liExperience in building, leading, and scaling teams will be considered a key differentiator. /li /ul h3Technical knowledge /h3 ul liSolid understanding of key European power markets (especially Spain, Italy and Portugal). /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Python or other modelling tools. /li liFamiliarity with power market simulation and price forecasting tools. /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create and grow a new internal business line. /li liStrategic and analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen. /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. /li liFluent English (C1+); other European languages are a plus. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pMadrid /p h3Time Type /h3 pFull time /p h3Worker Subtype /h3 pRegular /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
