Job Description This is a dynamic, multidisciplinary role focused on strengthening internal engagement and reinforcing Cushman & Wakefield’s brand presence. The position is responsible for managing internal communications, coordinating corporate content and events, and overseeing corporate merchandising initiatives. The ultimate objective is to position Cushman & Wakefield as a leading real estate brand in the market by enhancing its visibility, consistency, and reputation. The role requires staying up to date with branding strategies, design and communication trends, event management best practices, and merchandising innovations, with sustainability embedded across all initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage internal communications by creating engaging, visually appealing content that resonates with employees and strengthens company culture. Review internal communications on a weekly basis. Coordinate which new insights, operations, and noteworthy news have occurred to be shared across different channels: Screens, Connect, internal emails, etc. Coordinate with the communications agency to manage corporate social media publications and insights. Coordinate and execute small‑scale corporate events, managing meeting room bookings, logistics, catering, invitations (incl. SFMC when possible), RSVP tracking, and ensuring compliance with corporate protocols and office space guidelines. Attendance metrics and managing Office Screens. Take sustainability into account. Provide onsite event support, including assistance with speakers’ presentations and resolution of basic technical issues. Support at big‑scale corporate events, sponsorships and communication. Merchandising management: Manage and review stock of corporate materials and develop a quarterly plan for new, original merchandising for clients and employees. Take sustainability into account. Knowledge & Experience Strong copywriting skills. Knowledge of design tools and principles. Specially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Experience in content creation and digital platforms. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience in event organization. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be considered a plus. Advanced level of English is required.
