With more than 145 years of history, the brand combines tradition with innovative design to offer exclusive products that reflect the excellence of artisanal savoir-faire.Marketing Operations & ExecutionTranslate the global Marketing Plan into detailed operational timelines and action plans.Act as the central connector between Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Product, CRM, and external partners.Align marketing initiatives with commercial calendars and business priorities.Support alignment between brand initiatives and business objectives.Retail & Commercial AlignmentAct as the marketing liaison with the Retail team.Ensure campaigns, materials, and timelines are properly aligned with store needs and commercial priorities.Coordinate delivery of marketing assets required for in-store implementation.Monitor feedback from stores and ensure continuous improvement of marketing consistency.Support structured follow-up to ensure brand guidelines are correctly applied.Establish clear follow-up mechanisms for projects and initiatives.Ensure transparency on project status to senior management.Reporting & Performance Follow-UpSupport basic budget follow-up and cost monitoring when required.Ensure accountability and clarity in marketing execution.Improved alignment between Marketing and Commercial teams.Clear visibility of project timelines and progress.4–6 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Retail Coordination, or similar roles.~ Strong organizational and project management skills.~ Retail sensitivity and understanding of in-store dynamics.~ Experience in fashion, retail, or premium brands is highly valued.A key operational role within a growing international brand.Direct collaboration with senior leadership. xcskxlj Real impact on retail and business performance.
