Our central offices are based inLondon, UK .The Opportunity: Board AdvisorWe are seeking experienced, strategic leaders to join the Boards of Directors of our high-potential startup clients asBoard Advisors with the potential to invest as well.This is apart-time, remoterole that offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of groundbreaking companies focused on sustainability and positive impact.What the Role Entails:Strategic Collaboration:Working closely with the client startup's CEO and existing Board of Directors to provide high-level strategic guidance and oversight.
Targeted Expertise:Contributing specific, valuable experience and expertise (e.g., in scaling, M&A, specific market knowledge, technology, etc.) to address the startup's current challenges and growth requirements.
Fundraising Support:Leveraging your network and insights to support the startup's fundraising efforts, primarily focused onPre-Seed to Series Acapital raises.
Governance & Oversight:Ensuring robust corporate governance, risk management, and strategic alignment in the client company.
Investment:Potential to invest in their current funding round if you would like to.Compensation:
Directors are compensated for their service via acompetitive equity packagewithin the client startup, or a small stipend, to reflect the value of their time, expertise, and contribution.Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking seasoned professionals with a proven track record in leadership, investing, and/or scaling early-stage companies.Significant experience as aBoard Director, Investor, C-Level Executive, or Founder.
A strong affinity for and understanding of thesustainable/impact investing landscape.
An active, high-quality professional network that can benefit early-stage fundraising efforts.
Availability for flexible, part-time remote work.
