Opportunity: Regional Field Sales Manager – Catalonia About the Company We are recruiting for a fast-growing European scale-up with a highly innovative MedTech / SportTech product. To accelerate their expansion in Spain, we are looking for a strong salesperson to lead the Catalonia region. Your Role: 100% Field Sales & Prospecting This is a pure field sales job. Your main mission is to open new accounts and build a client base from scratch in your region. Active Prospecting: Spend most of your time on the road, visiting healthcare and sports facilities. Direct Sales: Find new leads, do on-site product demonstrations, and close deals. Territory Management: Organize your own travel schedule to cover the region effectively. Your Profile Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B field sales. Mindset: You are a true "hunter". You love prospecting, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing sales. Location: You live in or near Barcelona. Autonomy: You can work independently and are comfortable traveling daily across your region. Languages Spanish: Native or bilingual. English: Fluent (needed to communicate with the international team). Catalan: A strong plus for local business. Package & Benefits Salary: €35,000 to €37,000 base salary + €20,000 variable (uncapped). Equipment: Company car, laptop, and smartphone provided. Freedom: Manage your own schedule and territory.
