Job Summary We're looking for aNetwork Control Center Supervisoron behalf of one of our major clients atValencia, Spain . The NCC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing shift-based operations within the Network Control Center, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective incident handling, and adherence to established processes. The role acts as a key escalation point, supports team development, and ensures operational continuity, including assuming managerial responsibilities when required.Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinateshift-based staffing schedulesto ensure continuous service coverage Act asoperator or shift leadwhen required Serve as anescalation pointfor complex or high-impact incidents and difficult operational decisions Identifyknowledge gapswithin the team and coordinate training or support with Tier 2 teams Contribute to the development and maintenance ofoperational procedures and documentation Participate inSISMS internal and external audit sessions Represent the NCC in meetings when required Liaise withSGITT senior managementand participate in service review meetings when needed Ensure adherence to operational processes and service management best practices AssumeNCC Manager responsibilitiesduring periods of absenceRequired Qualifications: Minimum2 years of relevant experiencein IT operations, NOC/NCC, or service management One of the following certifications: ITIL v3 (minimum 12 credits towards ITIL Expert) , OR At least two ITIL 4 certifications (Specialist or Strategist level) MinimumB2 level English proficiency(certified) Experience working inshift-based environmentsPreferred Skills: Experience in incident and escalation management Familiarity with audit processes and compliance frameworks Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24/7 environmentFounded in 1997 in Brussels, UpcoMinds has grown into a trusted IT partner, specializing in Project Development, Consulting, Strategic Teaming, and R&D & Innovation.
