The Essentials
Fixed Start Date: June 1st, 2026 (Non-negotiable because of training).
Location: On-site in Barcelona (Glòries area).
Contract: 38.5h/week, rotatory shifts (09:00 - 20:00).
Your Role
As a Customer Specialist, you are the heartbeat of the travel experience. You will:
Support Norwegian-speaking travelers and accommodation partners via phone and email.
Solve inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and special requests.
Mediate between guests and hosts to ensure a 5-star experience.
Maintain a high level of service while navigating internal CRM tools.
Who We Are Looking For
Fluency: C2-level Norwegian + B2-level English.
Mindset: You are a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys working in a team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with an empathetic touch.
Commitment: Ready to relocate and start your journey on June 1st.
