Key Responsibilities Manage and execute the onboarding process for new clients Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughs Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handovers Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client acquisition and onboarding Handle outbound calls to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clients Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion Requirements C1 or higher level of German (written and spoken) C1 or higher level of English (written and spoken) Bachelors degree or higher is preferred Minimum 20 months of experience in Sales or Marketing Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving abilities Experience with CRM and marketing tools (preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Professional growth and career development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and additional benefits
