Experteer Overview
As an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Kyndryl, you drive adoption and readiness for complex transformations across diverse clients. You’ll apply a structured OCM approach, lead stakeholder engagement, and design learning and communications that align with business goals. You work closely with project teams to ensure sustainable change and measurable outcomes.
