This is a hybrid role based out of our Barcelona, Berlin, or Munich hub.
In this role you will
You’ll have real responsibility, not just activity metrics:
Build and execute outbound strategies across the DACH market (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored, relevant messaging
Create pipeline that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards
Partner closely with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads
Experiment constantly: test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance
Contribute to shaping how outbound is done at deskbird as we scale

Language requirements: Native German + strong English (additional languages are a bonus)
