This role is responsible for the development, validation and industrialization of packaging components for new initiatives, ensuring feasible, compliant and cost‑effective solutions that support site competitiveness and successful product launches.THE ROLEOPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!As our Packaging Technician, you play a critical role in leading the technical development and industrialization of packaging components, supporting new product initiatives, supplier capability, business continuity and continuous improvement across the Granollers site.You will be reporting to the Material Productivity Projects Manager, and you will manage:NEW INITIATIVE TECHNICAL LEADERSHIPProvide technical inputs during packaging design phases in collaboration with R&D; PackagingSupport FMEA activities and ensure technical readiness for project handoverParticipate in start‑ups and industrial trials to validate component performanceSECONDARY PACKAGING & END‑OF‑LINECreate and validate secondary packaging specificationsTest and validate end‑of‑line configurationsPerform transport and robustness testsSUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT, QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTLead supplier capability and capacity improvementsConduct root‑cause analysis for specification deviationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and identify cost‑saving opportunitiesYOU ARE A COTY FITAs a technically driven, methodical and collaborative professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment.
