We are looking for a Payroll & Administration Specialist who will report to the Payroll & Administration Manager within the HR Operations team.Inscríbase rápido, consulte la descripción completa desplazándose hacia abajo para conocer todos los requisitos de este puesto.This role will play an important role in managing the administrative tasks of the employee lifecycle from start to finish, with a primary focus on monthly payroll procedures for our employees in Spain in our Manufacturing Plant.Your role will be:Administration:Manage joiners, movers and leavers in line with internal proceduresDraft and prepare all required employee documentation from employment contracts to termination agreementsManage any relevant administrative requirements with external authorities and bodiesData Management:Maintain employee payroll records, including changes in salaries, benefits and any other relevant dataUpdate all relevant records in core HR system and payroll system (when applicable)Process and verify time and attendance data for payroll processingPayroll Processing:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in SpainEnsure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation componentsCompliance:Ensure compliance with Spanish labor regulations and the proper application of the different collective agreementsWork closely with relevant authorities to address any payroll-related inquiries or auditsEnsure accurate and up-to-date record maintenance to support compliance effortsCommunication:Collaborate with other teams to address personnel administration and payroll-related queriesAct as an escalation point and address payroll queries from employees when neededWhat is important for the role:Interest in manufacturing contextProven experience as a Spanish payroll administrator or similar roleFamiliarity with Spanish labor laws, tax regulationsExperience using payroll software (ideally Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors or similar) xcskxlj High level of English is a mustSkills:Use of payroll software (Meta4) and HCM software (SuccessFactors)Advanced use of MS Office PackageExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills and work planning skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional mannerStrong analytical and numerical skillsInternal customer orientationKnowledge about manufacturing context is desired but not a mustWe are committed to a culture that welcomes all genders, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and abilities, including people with disabilities of all types.#J-18808-Ljbffr
