Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setupValidate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulationsAssist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checksManage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with global teamsOversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readinessTrack project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone deliveryRequirements:Solid knowledge of local payroll and time regulations in Germany and proven expertise in payroll system configuration and integrationsSAP knowledgeFluent in English and Germany with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindsetHands-on mindset with a willingness to explore and apply innovative solutionsPrevious experience working on international payroll projects is a plusAbility to work remotely, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, global and project teams
