Overview
In this role you lead the payroll and HR operations for SD Worx’s international MPS and BPO initiative. You will partner with senior management to shape processes, staffing, and governance, ensuring high-quality, timely payroll delivery for multinational clients. You’ll own client relationships, drive continuous improvement, and align operations with global standards and client expectations. ResponsabilidadesLead and manage the Payroll and HR Operations (MPS/BPO) team to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery per SLAsOwn client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery and clear communicationParticipate in monthly client review meetings and present KPI and service delivery reportsCalculate and manage Service Level Credits where applicable and ensure SLA complianceEscalate and resolve issues at country level in line with global standards and client expectationsCollaborate with the Global Process Owner on continuous payroll process improvementsOversee staffing plan and recruitment to align with team and client needsConduct team evaluations, provide feedback, and support member developmentSupport training material development and program delivery for team membersManage performance, goal setting, reviews, and coaching to drive growthPromote a collaborative, engaging work culture and align payroll ops with organizational goals
Requisitos principales8-12 years of experience in HR and payroll outsourcing in an enterprise environmentAt least 5+ years in a managerial roleStrong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll standardsExperience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clientsProficiency with SLAs and KPI measurement/reportingAbility to work under pressure, prioritize, and maintain client satisfactionLeadership skills with focus on team development, recruitment, and performance managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaborationStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to drive process improvements and operational efficiencyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Englishpreferred_certifications_and_tools_included_in_requirements_or_preferencesleadershipstrong communicatoncross-functional collaborationSAP SuccessFactorsSAP PayrollCall Centre technology
