Experteer Overview
As a Payroll Specialist in our SAP Managed Payroll Services team, you will shape high-impact payroll delivery for Norwegian and Nordics clients within a growing, international SAP environment. You will optimize payroll processes, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive standardization while tailoring approaches to local needs. You’ll collaborate across country teams, support system updates, and ensure accurate, timely payroll within SLAs. This role offers growth in a dynamic, people-focused culture with global scope.

• Manage process deviations and propose solutions
• Own change requests from requirements to implementation and training
• Ensure alignment with global and local standards based on client needs
• Maintain and update SOPs/DWIs/guidelines

• Support design and enhancement of standardized yet locally adaptable processes
• Handle complex payroll cases and act as first escalation point
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery in line with SLAs
• Support system updates, testing, UAT, and parallel runs
• Maintain regular client communication for efficient processing
• Guide Payroll Administrators and ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaise with external stakeholders (tax authorities, benefits providers)
• Manage year-end processing and statutory reporting
Responsabilidades
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• 3–5 years in payroll outsourcing / BPO environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll
• Experience with international clients and complex payroll operations
• Problem-solver mindset with process-improvement focus
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering high quality
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Concur, Workforce Management and integration tooling is a plus
• CPP/CPS/CPM certifications are a plus
