The incoming GM will own a 3-year industrial roadmap covering operational recovery, performance improvement, organizational realignment, and the construction of a credible long-term industrial project — across a high-volume manufacturing environment in polymers, plastics, and assembly. /ppbr/ppThis is a full-scope leadership role: manufacturing performance, operational discipline, team mobilization, and social climate management in a demanding transformation context.
