With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking a Plant Operator for our offices located in Spain.Location 100% on-site in Spain.RequirementsTechnical degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Plant Operations, Chemical Processes, Instrumentation or related fields.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in field operations in industrial facilities, preferably in sectors such as oil, gas, power generation, petrochemical or mining.Participation in routine and special operational maneuvers, including start-ups, shutdowns, draining, purging and equipment alignment.Familiarity with the safe operation of static and rotating equipment, such as pumps, valves, compressors, filters, fans and process lines.Experience in the application of operational procedures and compliance with HSE regulations.Direct collaboration with control room operators and maintenance teams in the execution of scheduled and corrective tasks.Recording and documentation of operational data, equipment conditions and shift events.English B1+.Field Operations Static Equipment Rotating Equipment Procedures and Standards EnglishPrincipal dutiesField Supervision and Operational Maneuvers.Operational and Environmental Safety.Technical Coordination and Plant Support.Operational Records and Reporting.Other activities inherent to the position.Why join DAPIN?You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large-scale change.
