Experteer Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end platform engineering delivery across cloud and on‑prem environments, aligning with secure-by-design practices. You drive design, implementation, and optimisation of platform solutions while upholding CI/CD and operational excellence. You work across cloud, DevOps, security and integration domains to support architectural decisions and technical strategy, contributing to Thales’ cybersecurity leadership at scale. This is a hands-on, leadership‑driven position with a focus on secure, observable platform ecosystems.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure platform solutions across cloud and on-prem environments

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or system integration with career progression
• Proven leadership across projects or teams, driving standards and capability uplift
• Expertise in scalable CI/CD design and automation
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IaC (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), networking, secrets management, and security best practices
• Troubleshooting complex system integration issues and performing root cause analysis
• Excellent communication for diverse stakeholders
• Experience in production support, monitoring, and on-call responsibilities
