PMO Lead / Programme Support Lead, AI Transformation Hybrid workingContract / Freelance Opportunity We’re supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale digital and operational transformation programme and are looking for an experienced PMO / Programme Support professional to join a high-profile delivery team.This is an opportunity to work across complex AI transformation initiatives, supporting governance, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and programme controls within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Supporting programme governance and leadership reportingManaging RAID logs, actions, dependencies, and programme documentationCoordinating project plans, roadmaps, and status reportingEnsuring programme standards, controls, and delivery processes are followedSupporting change control and audit readiness activitiesWorking closely with project managers, workstream leads, and senior stakeholdersProviding operational programme support including onboarding, logistics, and procurement coordinationMaintaining accurate programme data across tools such as JIRA and Confluence We’re looking for someone with: Strong PMO / programme support experience within IT and Technology transformation environmentsExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting multiple concurrent workstreamsKnowledge of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworksConfidence working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platformsExperience within digital, data, AI, and cloud transformation programmes of particular interest
