In this role, you will assess customer operations, interpret process and performance data, and translate businessobjectivesinto technically sound system concepts.Working across Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, and project delivery teams, you will guide solution development from discovery and process evaluation through validation, design review, and technical handover. You will be a trusted advisor who connects customer needs with scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Lead technical discovery with customers to understand process flows, production constraints, performance goals, and future capacity requirements.Map current-state processes andidentifyopportunities to improve throughput, product quality, yield, resource efficiency, and equipmentutilization.Develop solution concepts, equipment configurations, process layouts, technical specifications, and performance assumptions.Design and evaluate integrated processing systems, including interfaces with third-party equipment and surrounding infrastructure.Use operational, test, and application data to compare options and recommend solutions that balance performance, reliability, scalability, and total cost.Plan and conduct product demonstrations, application tests, field trials, proof-of-concept activities, and performance validation.Document test methods, results, risks, assumptions, and recommendations in a clear format for customers and internal stakeholders.Facilitate technical reviews with Sales, Service, Product, Engineering, and project delivery teams.Identifysolution risks, dependencies, and technical gaps early in the customer journey and coordinate theappropriate internalexpertise.Provide technical presentations, workshops, and advisory sessions that help customers understand solution value and expected outcomes.Support commercial teams with the technical contentrequiredfor proposals, quotations, and customer decision-making.Ensure a structured technical handover of awarded solutions to implementation teams, including agreed scope, specifications, assumptions, and performance criteria.Maintain reusable solution standards, application resources, reference designs, and lessons learned within central systems.Monitor customer needs, industry developments, and emerging technologies to contribute to futuresolutionand application development.Health, safety, and care for the environment come first.You are empowered to stop work if something feels unsafe, and we expect everyone to speak up so we can prevent harm and reduce our environmental impact.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent industry experience.Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, material handling, or equipment-related industries.Professionalproficiencyin Spanish and English isrequired.Experience supporting customers through sales, applications,service, technical support, process engineering, or solution development.Experience in a customer-facing technical role.Ability to analyze operational data and recommendappropriate technicalsolutions.Experience preparing technical documentation, specifications, proposals, and customer presentations.Experience with system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration.Knowledge of CAD and design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar tools.A structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.A customer-focused mindset and effective communication skills.Valid work permit or visa status whererequired.Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region.Valid, unrestricted driving license.If you do not meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply.
