As aPrincipal Hardware Engineer, you’ll be atechnical authority and key decision-maker, driving the design of complex hardware systems from concept through to qualification and certification.
You’ll work at the intersection ofinnovation, quality, and compliance, ensuring designs meet rigorous industry standards while delivering outstanding technical performance.What You’ll Be Doing
Lead thedesign and development of hardware systems, ensuring alignment with company processes
Developanalog functions and electrical interfacesto support qualification activities
Performtechnical studies and define engineering solutionsbased on detailed specifications
Overseedesign, validation, and verification of electronic boards
Driveschematic capture and PCB layout supportacross digital and analog designs
Leaddesign reviews and documentation governance
Supportsystem integration, qualification, and certification processes
Define specifications and manageexternal partners and subcontractorsWhat We’re Looking For
Master’s degree inElectronic Engineering
Significant experience inhardware design and system-level engineeringDeep expertise in:
Analog design and simulation
Power electronics
High-speed signal design
Processor architecture
Strong knowledge of:
DO-254 standards and regulated development environments
Electrical testing and airborne equipment qualification
Quality assurance and engineering processes
