Working here means joining a team that contributes directly to innovative technologies and a more sustainable future, making it an exciting and meaningful place to grow your career.Purpose of the functionLead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across the site, partnering with local department leaders to deploy, standardize, and sustain operational excellence through effective KPI controlling and performance management.ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis (5Why, A3), PFMEA, control plans, and Kaizen events.Eliminate inefficiencies (non-added value activities, lean waste, Muda (waste), Muri (overburden) and Mura (unevenness)) to stabilize production lines, increase output, and reduce operational costs.Perform process characterization, capability studies, tolerance stack-ups, and statistical analysis to establish process windows and control limits.Create and maintain process documentation: SOPs, work instructions, change notices, training materials. Train operators and engineering teams.Proven experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement implementationsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in engineering, industrial or organization preferred.4-5 years of experience working as a Process/Manufacturing EngineerExperience with CAD-CAM software, wood machining preferred.Experience working with 2D/3D CAD SoftwareFluent in Spanish and EnglishProblem-solvingTime management
