Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the metrics and analytical direction for your product area, partnering with Product Directors to shape strategy and roadmap priorities. You will translate data into actionable decisions that steer what to build, kill, or invest in. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to test hypotheses and measure impact, contributing to a more human healthcare experience at Docplanner. This role offers autonomy to tackle meaningful problems at scale and influence product outcomes for patients and professionals.

• Strategically contribute to product planning by identifying growth opportunities and estimating impact using metric frameworks
• Collaborate with management, stakeholders, and researchers to validate hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative data
• Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts for key metrics
• Transform large datasets to extract insights and perform root-cause analysis
• Partner with Product to design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to understand drivers of engagement
• Coordinate with Data Engineering to improve data sources feeding dashboards
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of analytics experience with business KPIs and metrics
• 2+ years working closely with product managers and user research teams
• Proficiency in SQL (essential) and experience with DBT
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI or similar)
• Experience with event-tracking tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar)
• Python and data science libraries
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data warehouses, data pipelines, and aggregated data sets
• Experience designing, implementing, and measuring AB tests and interpreting results
• Experience training stakeholders to become data-literate and autonomous
