Together with our cross-functional product teams, youwould beparticipating in all product phases, from discovery to delivery,supporting theproduct design area to find the best UX flow, create and test prototypes/mockups, and iterate to find the best UI & UX design for the product/feature that users love to work with.The teamyou’llbe a part ofYou will be part of ourTMSProduct Management team, in close daily cooperationwith5skilled colleagues. You workalongside of our main Product Designer with the mainobjectiveto get trained and onboarded by her and thenlater on,when the time comes, work independentlywith the rest of the teamas hermaternity leavecover.If you want to make a difference, make it with us by:- Putting the needs of our users at the center of your creative thought processes.- Creating elegant, simple, andfunctionalUX/UI designs thatare well-receivedby the end users.- Supporting the ongoing development of our design system to help createa consistentuser experience and visual identity across our products and align with our company brand.- Producing simple, clickable prototypes that evoke an instant understanding of the way applications and features work.- Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and consistently.- Working closely with Product Managers and our User Researcher to understand user needs, challenges, and pain points.- Communicating your ideas and concepts clearly to all stakeholders involved in the product management process.What does it take to work for LanguageWire?What you will need to bring- You are currently studying or have recently completed studies in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline.- A portfolio of university, personal, or freelance projects thatshowcasesyour design thinking and creativity.- Expert skills in UI design and prototyping software like Figma.- Good organizational skills and willingness to learn how to manage multiple tasks and priorities.- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English. We are an international company, and our company language is English.- A deep belief that good products are the outcome of teamwork.- Curiosity, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn and grow in the Product Design field.Necessaryrelevant experience- You know the basics of UX design and how it connects to UI design.- You understandand are happy to take ownershipofthe different stagesof the Product Design process and the collaboration between the roles involved in each phase.- You enjoy working in ahigh-paceinternational and distributed environment.It would be a bonus ifyou:- Hadkeen interest in languages andsome understanding oftranslation/localization process- Followedthe latestAI& alsoUI/UX and emergingdesign trends.- Wereinquisitive, curious and enjoy solving problems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
