Product Manager Automotive Passive Components (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager, you will help shape the portfolio of passive components for the automotive industry. You combine technical understanding with market awareness, coordinate international interfaces, and drive both new product development and the enhancement of existing solutions.
Responsibilities
Create new passive components for automotive applications and evaluate how existing products can be adapted to meet new market and customer requirements.
Analyze markets, identify trends in the automotive sector, and develop suitable strategies together with product marketing.
Maintain an overview of the passive components portfolio, research relevant developments, and derive concrete next steps from findings.
Conduct technical evaluations, including electrical measurements and assessment of technical results, to support product decisions and further development.
Coordinate with international production sites to ensure good product ideas are reliably implemented, support optimization measures, and maintain product quality and supply chain reliability.
Qualifications
Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, power electronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience with passive components is an advantage.
Good understanding of trends, requirements, and developments in the automotive sector.
Motivated by developing technical products further and translating market needs into strong product ideas.
Willingness to travel internationally for project alignment, coordination, and production‑related topics.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Independent, clear communication, and collaborative mindset for international teamwork.
