Experteer Overview In this role you will support product strategy and lifecycle for PV and storage solutions, working closely with HQ and cross-functional teams. You will translate market insights into strategic product actions, drive revenue and margin contributions, and deliver product trainings for customers and sales. You will shape the EMEA product roadmap and ensure alignment with global strategy and regulatory requirements. This position offers meaningful impact by advancing solar energy solutions across markets and collaborating with a diverse, international team.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop business plans for new products, improvements, customizations and services with HQ stakeholder input
- Consolidate market insights from Market Intelligence, Strategy and Technical departments and present strategic recommendations
- Achieve quarterly/annual revenue and margin targets by promoting new and existing products in collaboration with Sales
- Develop customer engagement, visits and opportunity generation while tracking revenue/margins
- Deliver periodic product trainings for customers and sales teams
- Contribute to the definition of the EMEA product roadmap and lifecycle management aligned with global strategy
- Develop and maintain product documents, certificates, and ERP-related records
- Manage component and supplier purchases
- Standardize processes/tools, develop policies, and influence budgeting and compliance with regulationsResponsabilidades
- Master's degree in Engineering (or comparable)
- PV/Renewable Energy experience is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of PV systems
- Excellent organization, planning and management skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English; other languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel
