This role ensures seamless digital experiences for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), customers and internal teams, enabling effective customer engagement, education and self-service ordering across global markets. /p ul liLead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide. /li liMentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence. /li liPut purpose into practice - embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision. /li liModel the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple. /li liHelp shape a culture that’s ambitious, collaborative and serious about recognition and belonging. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and drive the product strategy and roadmap for eB2B commerce portals and LMS, ensuring they meet the needs of HCPs, customers and commercial teams. /li liTranslate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and priorities in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Digital teams. /li liEnsure seamless integration between commerce, learning, CRM and backend systems to deliver accurate, consistent and efficient user experiences. /li liMonitor product performance and user adoption, using data and feedback to continuously improve features and prioritize development. /li liLead agile product processes, including backlog management, sprint planning and collaboration with development partners and vendors. /li liEnsure all digital content and interactions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards. /li liPromote best practices and support users through documentation, training and clear communication of new features and updates. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liExperience managing digital products such as B2B eCommerce platforms or customer engagement tools in an agile environment, with a strong focus on delivery and user value. /li liHands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B (or similar platforms), including catalog management, order workflows, pricing rules, and integrations with enterprise systems. /li liExperience working with Learning Management Systems (eFront or similar), including course creation, learner tracking, certification workflows, and compliance-related training. /li liStrong understanding of how digital platforms integrate (eCommerce, LMS, CRM, ERP) to deliver a seamless customer and HCP experience. /li liAnalytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and dashboards to drive decisions and continuous product improvement. /li liStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional, global teams. /li liAdvanced level of English is required; additional EU languages such as Spanish or French are a plus. /li liDegree in Business, Digital, Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). /li /ul pThis is more than the next step in your career, it’s a chance to lead change and help reinvent self-care for the world.
