From Agap2 we are looking for a Product Owner to support a large-scale digital transformation programme in the aviation sector, working on complex initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and digital capabilities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and prioritise the team backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with product vision.
Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria and BDD.
Maximise product value by guiding teams toward outcomes that support strategic objectives.
Ensure deliverables meet Definition of Done and user expectations.
Actively prepare and participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap sessions.
Coordinate dependencies with other Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Participate in demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, data, and business areas.
Support technical planning (enablers) with architects and engineering leads.
Analyse complex processes to identify areas for simplification, optimisation, and reusability.
Act as a driver of change in environments with high ambiguity.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/SAFe organisations.
Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination.
Background in digital delivery and collaboration with technical teams.
Experience working with epics, MVPs, user stories, and full product documentation.
Ability to balance Agile ways of working with initiatives that may involve waterfall elements.
Excellent communication skills in English.
