Product Specialist - Regulatory Services We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our Regulatory Services team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our regulatory reporting platforms, ensuring stability, efficiency, and compliance. You will collaborate with IT and development teams to validate new functionalities, drive process improvements, and reduce operational risks. If you have strong analytical skills, experience in financial markets operations (5+ years), and a passion for delivering excellence to clients, this position is for you. What You Will Do Provide technical and functional support for BMERS services, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation and contribute to impact analysis for new functionalities. Monitor regulatory developments and adapt service functionality, while identifying opportunities for process optimization. Collaborate with IT teams to validate new releases and fixes in testing environments before production deployment. Manage technical and functional interaction with clients and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and mitigate operational risks. What You Bring Education: Technical background preferred (Engineering or Computer Science degree) and familiarity with financial markets operations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Solid understanding of the EU regulatory framework and/or experience in regulatory projects within financial services. High proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish required; other languages are a plus (e.g., German or French). A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
