In this role you will oversee manufacturing operations to ensure on-time, high-quality, cost-efficient production. You will lead production teams, refine processes, and coordinate with logistics, quality, and engineering. You drive improvements, cost reductions, and readiness for new product launches while upholding safety and environmental standards. Requisitos principalesDegree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent4+ years of experience in a similar production leadership role in manufacturingExperience in the automotive industry, preferably in a Just-in-Time (JIT) environmentFamiliarity with production planning systems, including SAP/MRPAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong leadership, team management, communication, continuous improvement, quality, and health and safety knowledgeleadershipcommunicationteam managementSAPMRPMicrosoft Excel
