Based in Barcelona, you’ll partner closely with our Senior Manager, Global Early Career Programs, to support our early career programs and shape how early talent experiences Scopely.This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work and takes pride in executing programs that run smoothly end-to-end. You will support and drive the day-to-day execution of our early career programs in the EU, helping manage a high volume of moving pieces across candidates, hiring teams, participants, and timelines.At Scopely, we believe in inspiring play every day, not only through our games but through the growth of our people. While the role includes elements of campus events and relationship building, the core of the work is onsite program execution, managing participants and stakeholders and ensuring a high-quality experience from recruitment through program completion.What You Will DoSupport and deliver early career programs across the EU, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned and on trackBuild and maintain trackers, workflows, timelines and tools to support program operations, communications, onboarding, and program milestonesManage day-to-day program execution, including onboarding, cohort coordination, programming, and participant supportServe as a reliable and responsive point of contact for early-career participants and hiring teams, ensuring clear and consistent communicationPartner with hiring managers, mentors, and cross-functional teams to support program readiness, alignment, and ongoing coordinationSpot issues early, flag risks, and help drive solutions to keep things on trackCoordinate program touchpoints like onboarding sessions, learning events, networking opportunities, and final presentationsTrack program milestones and key metrics, helping monitor progress and support reporting and program improvementsPartner with the Talent team to support recruiting processes, candidate communications, and hiring outcomesSupport recruiting handoffs and pre-start program setup in collaboration with Talent and People teamsContribute to campus engagement and recruiting efforts across the EU, in alignment with broader early careers strategySupport pipeline-building efforts, including sourcing and outreach initiativesWhat We’re Looking For1–3+ years of experience in program coordination, early careers, recruiting, HR, or a similar operations-focused roleExperience supporting internships, graduate programs, or high-volume candidate processes is a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and moving pieces effectivelyProven ability to build structure and clarity within processes and workflowsExperience planning and executing in-person and/or xcskxlj virtual eventsProficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, with the ability to track and manage data, workflows, and metricsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and virtual event platformsClear and thoughtful communication skills across candidates, hiring teams, and cross-functional partnersComfortable working independently while staying aligned with manager directionOpen to feedback with a strong desire to learn and growWillingness and ability to travel within the EU as neededEmployment at Scopely is based solely on a person's merit and qualifications.
