pAt Astek, we are looking for a proactive bPMO / Project Delivery Practitioner /b to join a leading organization in the bpharma diagnostics sector /bto support large-scale, multi-site project execution within a global shared service environment. /ppbr/ppb Your mission, should you choose to accept it… /b /ppbr/pulliTrack and manage project deliverables, ensuring key milestones and gate activities are completed on time. /liliIdentify, log, and escalate risks and issues early, ensuring visibility and timely mitigation. /liliSupport project planning, scheduling, and governance across multiple streams and stakeholders. /liliMaintain clear and consistent project status reporting, ensuring transparency across teams and leadership. /liliWork closely with PMO Leads, Integration Managers, Delivery Managers, and Business Analysts to align dependencies and priorities. /liliEnsure project management methodology, tools, and reporting standards are correctly implemented and followed. /liliSupport onboarding, coaching, and coordination of project team members on PMO processes and best practices. /liliMonitor acceptance criteria, stage gates, and compliance requirements across project phases. /li /ulpbr/ppb Who are you? /b /ppbr/pulliDegree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Project Management certification is a plus. /liliExperience in PMO / Project Management within large, complex, international projects. /liliUnderstanding of ERP environments (SAP experience is an advantage). /liliStrong skills in planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment. /liliStrong risk awareness with ability to support mitigation actions. /liliExcellent communication and influencing skills across global teams. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken). /li /ulpbr/ppb Who are we? /b /ppbr/ppSince 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.). /ppFounded in France in 1988, Astek is a global player in engineering and technology consulting, present in five continents and 25 countries.
