Overview
In this role you will lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out packages for hyperscale data centres and commercial projects across Europe. You will coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time handover. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams to manage budgets and programmes while driving continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with a strong European project slate and opportunities to shape delivery at scale.

ResponsabilidadesOversee projects from pre-construction to handoverDevelop and manage programmes, labour plans, and resource schedulesCoordinate design with clients, consultants, and project teamsManage budgets, procurement, and cost forecastingLead site management, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor progress and implement recovery plans as neededEnsure contract compliance, quality, and HSEQ proceduresManage risks, variations, and client communicationsCollaborate with Commercial Team on valuations and cost reportingChair meetings and produce regular progress reportsFoster strong client relationships throughout deliveryDrive commissioning and project handover success
Requisitos principalesMinimum 8 years construction experienceAt least 5 years experience as a Project ManagerProven track record delivering large commercial interior fit-out projectsStrong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring, and related interior fit-out packagesData centre experience is highly desirableDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related disciplineExcellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projectsFull driving licenceWillingness to travel across Northern Europeleadershipstakeholder managementcommunicationproject programmingbudgeting and cost controlprocurement
