ICConsult US Corp.’s New York City office seeks a Project Manager to manage multiple Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects from initiation to successful delivery and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is a remote position; the employee can live anywhere in the United States. Duties include: (i) leading the integration of IAM solutions with applications to enable authentication and role-based access control; (ii) managing project scope, budgets, and resources while coordinating with cross functional teams across diverse geographies; and (iii) collaboratingwith stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and budgets, driving alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.Your Responsibilities:- Leading the integration of IAM solutions with applications to enable authentication and role-based access control.- Managing project scope, budgets, and resources while coordinating with cross functional teams across diverse geographies.- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and budgets, driving alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.Your Skills and Requirements- Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of post‑baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.- Experience must include one (1) year managing identity and access management software projects with budgets greater than $500,000 requiring the coordination of activities across multiple teams and system integrations.- Must also have experience: (i) delivering IAM projects; (ii) collaborating withtechnical teams to develop use cases and functional design specifications for effective IAM solutions; and (iii) streamlining project tracking using Jira, Confluence, Smart sheet, Suite Projects Pro, MS project and project management tools.- Experience can be concurrent.Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $150,301 to $175,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
