As our client base and internal team grow month by month, we’re looking for a senior Project Operations Manager to help us stay focused, aligned, and building the right way. This is a hybrid role based in Madrid (2 days in-office, 3 remote), working across multiple departments and helping a close-knit team stay sharp, motivated, and on track. If you’re organised, people-focused, and want to be part of a high-trust team that’s moving fast — while also genuinely excited about leadership, project delivery, and smart systems (including AI) — this role could be your next step. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work with the leadership team and department leads to: Manage internal team operations, check-ins, priorities, and performance Track projects across teams — from content to creative to onboarding Run simple stand-ups and check-ins, spotting blockers early and helping remove them Support the team so they feel clear, confident, and focused every week Build and improve internal workflows and team structures Ensure we’re meeting targets across a specific number of new and returning client projects per month Be a consistent, people-first presence across the team as we grow This Role Is For Someone Who Has...
