We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital and Customer Success initiatives across Spain.Antes de solicitar este puesto, por favor, lea la siguiente información sobre esta oportunidad que encontrará a continuación.This role is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and rollout of IT and application-based projects aligned with the digital roadmap and Customer Success strategy.The position acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while meeting governance standards and driving measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risk mitigationCoordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Customer Success, Operations, Business)Oversee digital application rollouts, ensuring smooth deployment and strong user adoptionMonitor project health, manage risks and dependencies, and escalate when required Ensure alignment with PMO governance frameworks and documentation standardsDefine and track KPIs to measure project success and business valueContribute to reporting dashboards and executive updatesSupport change management initiatives, training, and adoption enablementProfile & Skills:Solid experience in project management (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments)Experience managing IT or digital application implementation projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to coordinate technical teams without needing deep technical expertiseStructured, solution-oriented mindset with strong risk management capabilityExperience in operational or field environments is a plusFamiliarity with project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Excel)Fluent English*Bureau Veritas is committed to equal opportunity employment. xsgfvud No candidate or employee shall be subject to less favorable treatment on the basis of gender, marital status, sexual orientation, color, race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, or age.Bureau Veritas maintains a rigorous Code of Ethics designed to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
