Project Supply PlannerWe are supporting a leading company in the cosmetics sector in the search for a professional to join their Supply Chain team, contributing to key transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of end-to-end supply chain projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are metCoordinate with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and commercial functions) to drive alignment and executionContribute to change management activities, supporting the implementation and adoption of new processes and ways of workingIdentify improvement opportunities across supply chain operations and support continuous improvement initiativesAssist in project planning, progress tracking, risk identification, and issue resolutionPrepare materials for workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder communicationsMonitor project performance and provide insights to support decision-makingRequirements2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or ConsultingExperience working in project-based environments, transformation programs, or continuous improvement initiativesExposure to change management activities is highly valuedStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and international environmentsProactive, organized, and results-oriented approachEnglish C1 level (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
