What will be your mission?
To carry out laboratory tests and trials to evaluate the performance of products, raw materials, and new innovations, ensuring reliable and high-quality results. You will be a key contributor to R&D projects, working in compliance with recognized standards and Ontex Quality Systems.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
Perform product and raw material testing.
Create and test prototypes and development samples.
Test own and competitor products.
Record, document, and manage laboratory data.
Manage incoming/outgoing samples and R&D shipments.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Optimize internal test methods.
Support the management of aging rooms.
Train QA lab teams at production sites.
What are we looking for?
Vocational training as a Laboratory Technician or similar technical background (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment.
Spanish and English proficiency (minimum A2, B1 level is a plus).
Good command of MS Office and digital tools.
An organized, detail-oriented, flexible professional with the ability to work under pressure.
