Are you an experienced real estate agent living permanently on Costa del Sol, looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and want to help you succeed?
Responsibilities
Identify and contact buyers who want to buy their dream home and/or invest in a property.
Maintain ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and identify and manage new properties for sale.
Build long‑term customer relationships and work efficiently.
Take initiative and work independently while offering creative solutions.
Flexible working hours; be on site for viewings when the customer is available.
Qualifications
Experienced and driven real estate agent who loves sales and doing business.
Strong initiative, independent work ethic, and creative problem‑solving ability.
Driving licence, own car, fluent in English and Swedish; additional language skills (Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finnish, Polish) considered an advantage.
Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a huge advantage.
