Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Marbella, Spain, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property sales, rentals, and investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer relationships, conducting property viewings, assisting clients through negotiations, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. The role also involves advising clients on market trends and assisting with residential property management as needed.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required.
Experience in Real Estate and Real Property processes, including sales, rentals, and investments.
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable, particularly English, Spanish, French, German, or other European languages.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with real estate contracts, documentation, and procedures.
Proven organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of the real estate market in Marbella or similar regions is a plus.
Availability to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
