Tasks Listing properties in your assigned area, prospecting and networking Verifying all necessary property documentation, and securing mediationagreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements Requirements Fluency in English is essential with another native/advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.
