Join us as we shape the future of luxury real estate.What You’ll Be DoingCapture high-quality photography of luxury properties for sale and rent across Valencia and surrounding areas.Produce in-house visual content that reflects Lucas Fox’s premium brand standards.Edit, retouch, and color-correct images to ensure consistency and top-tier quality.Coordinate photo shoots with real estate agents, marketing teams, and property owners.Manage your shooting schedule efficiently to meet internal deadlines.Use professional photography and editing tools to deliver polished, ready-to-use content for marketing materials.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in real estate and interior photography, with a strong portfolio.Fluent in Spanish & EnglishHigh proficiency in tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (or equivalent).Ownership of professional photography equipment (camera, lenses; drone is a plus).Based in or near Valencia, with flexibility to travel locally for shoots.Strong attention to detail and a refined aesthetic eye.Proactive, well-organized, and solution-oriented.Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple shoots.Valid driver’s license.What We OfferFull-time permanent contract with a fixed salary + bonus for equipment use and kilometrage.23 days of holiday per year on a full-time basis + 2 personal days.Weekly language classes during working hours (fully paid by Lucas Fox – A Dils Company).Discounts and incentives for well-known brands (gyms, clothing, sports, travel, and more).Extensive initial and ongoing training.The opportunity to be part of a constantly growing, multicultural company with real career development prospects.A modern, international, and professional working environment.We work hard and have fun — you’ll be part of a unique organization.We believe in working hard and playing hard, offering team-building activities and the chance to meet people from all over the world.At Lucas Fox, A Dils Company, we celebrate DIVERSITY in all its forms and are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming workplace.
