Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert to join our Recruitment & Employer Branding Team of Talent & Learning Expert Unit.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert you will:
Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from day one, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process to the offer stage.
Conduct initial screening of applicants, including phone interviews and competency-based assessments.
Advise and support hiring managers in defining recruitment needs and developing effective hiring strategies.
Select and utilize the most appropriate recruitment tools and channels for each vacancy.
Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key talent communities and technical niches relevant to the business.
Stay up to date with recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques to ensure best-in-class hiring practices.
Employer branding:
Drive and enhance employer brand awareness both externally in the market and internally within the company.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to define and execute employer branding campaigns across multiple channels.
Strengthen the company’s reputation and positioning by participating in certifications, awards, and industry events.

At least 3 years of experience attracting top digital talent
Highly valued previous experience in recruiting IT professionals.
Professional background in human resources, psychology, business administration or related fields.
High level of English and Spanish.
Proactive attitude and positive approach.
Ability to self-manage, with a positive manner and a strong team and delivery focus.
Proven success of attracting and selecting top talent.
Experience with competencies-based interviews.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

En ING buscamos una persona profesional, comprometida y con entusiasmo para incorporarse como Recruitment Expert & Employer Branding Expert dentro de nuestro equipo de Recruitment & Employer Branding, que forma parte de la Talent & Learning Expert Unit.
Tus principales responsabilidades
Como Recruitment Expert & Employer Branding Expert, tus funciones se dividirán en dos grandes áreas:
Selección de talento
Gestionar el ciclo completo de selección de principio a fin, incluyendo la identificación de talento, la criba curricular, las entrevistas y el acompañamiento de las candidaturas hasta la fase de oferta.
Realizar la preselección inicial de perfiles, incluyendo entrevistas telefónicas y evaluaciones basadas en competencias.
Asesorar y apoyar a las personas responsables de contratación en la definición de necesidades y en el desarrollo de estrategias de selección eficaces.
Seleccionar y utilizar las herramientas y canales de reclutamiento más adecuados para cada vacante.
Realizar búsqueda proactiva de talento a través de diversos canales y construir un pipeline sólido para necesidades actuales y futuras.
Facilitar y coordinar las entrevistas entre las candidaturas y los equipos de contratación, asegurando una experiencia fluida, cercana y positiva.
Construir y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con comunidades de talento clave y nichos técnicos relevantes para el negocio.
Mantenerse al día de las tendencias en selección y de técnicas innovadoras de atracción de talento, garantizando prácticas de contratación de primer nivel.
Marca empleadora
Impulsar y mejorar la visibilidad de la marca empleadora, tanto externamente en el mercado como internamente dentro de la organización.
Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y comunicación para definir y ejecutar campañas de marca empleadora en diferentes canales.
Reforzar la reputación y el posicionamiento de la compañía mediante la participación en certificaciones, reconocimientos y eventos del sector.

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la atracción de talento digital de alto nivel.
Muy valorable experiencia previa en selección de perfiles IT.
Formación en recursos humanos, psicología, administración de empresas o áreas afines.
Nivel alto de inglés y español.
Actitud proactiva y enfoque positivo.
Capacidad de autogestión, con orientación a resultados, trabajo en equipo y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Experiencia demostrada en la atracción y selección de talento clave.
Experiencia en entrevistas basadas en competencias.
Habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales sólidas.
Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos colaborativos y de ritmo ágil.
Autonomía, iniciativa y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
