Arctech , a global leader in solar trackers, fixed-tilt structures, and BIPV solutions , is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the European solar market. As a key member of our European sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in strategic countries, managing top-tier clients, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning market needs with Arctech’s global strategy. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, asset owners, and EPCs across the European solar market. Identify and develop new business opportunities in key countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Romania , and others. Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, bid preparation, negotiations, contract closure, and handover to the project execution team. Work closely with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution aligned with client expectations. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting Arctech’s technological advantages. Monitor and analyze market intelligence, regulatory trends, and competitor activity, providing strategic insights to management. Represent Arctech at industry trade shows, conferences, and commercial meetings, strengthening brand visibility across Europe. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or key
